  • Drop Off and Wait Location?
    ​Yes! We're Located at 5 Centech Blvd, UNIT 2, Shrewsbury, MA 01545. Please NOTE ; All services are by appointment only.
  • How much does it cost?
    You’ll find all pricing details on our Booking Page, where you can see what’s included in each package. Costs vary based on the package you choose, the size of your vehicle, and its overall condition.
  • Are there any additional charges?
    Extra charges may apply for situations such as excessive pet hair, mold/mildew, bio-waste, or heavy dirt buildup. If any of these apply to your vehicle, your technician will inform you of the extra fees before starting the job.​
  • What forms of payments do you accept?
    We accept Cash and all major credit cards as form of payment. For security purposes, we do not accept check as form of payment.
  • What happens if it ends up raining on the day my detail is scheduled for?
    We keep a close eye out on the weather. If the weather doesn’t hold on up on the day of your scheduled detail, we’ll be sure to reach out and reschedule to the next available date. If we have shop availability on the same day, we can also offer that as an alternative.​
  • Do you offer gift certificates?
    Absolutely! You can purchase gift certificates online, perfect for any occasion. We’ll send you a personalized certificate that you can print or right to the Recipient email.
  • Do I need to provide water or electricity?
    Our mobile units are fully equipped with water and power.
  • How long does the service take?
    Service duration varies depending on your vehicle’s size, condition, and the package selected. Basic detailing typically takes a few hours, while services like ceramic coating or paint correction can take several hours or an entire day.​
  • Do you provide mobile service all year around?
    Mobile service operates from March through November 1st. If weather permits, services may extend beyond this date. Alternatively, we offer a drop-off location where you can wait while your vehicle is serviced.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand that life can be unpredictable! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this window will not incur any charges.
  • Is there a fee for late cancellations?
    Yes, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee. This helps us recover lost business and allows us to offer your spot to another customer.
