Service Description
Scratches and scuff marks on a vehicle's paint can diminish its overall appearance. This service is designed for customers who want to eliminate specific marks on a limited number of panels. If more extensive correction is needed, our paint correction package may be a better choice. The pricing for this service varies depending on the vehicle. In most cases, our skilled technicians can effectively repair scuffs and scratches using machine compound/polish and/or wet sanding. However, if the scratches are too deep and have penetrated multiple layers of clear coat, achieving a 100% improvement may be more challenging. In such cases, touch-up paint may be necessary, incurring an additional charge. To assess the damage and provide an accurate estimate, we will need customers to send us photos. Please note that this service is priced per panel. For example, bumper equals one panel.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that there is a one-hour window from the start of your scheduled appointment for our team to arrive. We kindly request that any cancellations, except those due to weather conditions, be communicated with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a fee equivalent to the deposit made. Moreover, if our team is kept waiting for 20 minutes or longer upon arrival, the same cancellation fee will apply. Before our arrival, we kindly ask that you remove all personal belongings from various compartments within your vehicle, such as the interior, cargo area, trunk, under seats, center console, and glove box. Our detailing team will not clean or empty compartments containing personal items. Additionally, please note that we will not access or clean the spare tire compartment of your vehicle unless you have notified us in advance and removed all spare tire, tools, and other items.
