Nate Nakhid started Secret Touch more than 15 years ago with a single mobile detailing rig and a belief that careful, honest work would build its own following. That early operation grew, one referral at a time, into the state-of-the-art protection studio that now anchors 5 Centech Blvd in Shrewsbury.

For Nate, the Secret Touch is a process, not a slogan. It is the climate-controlled bay, the inspection light passed over every panel, the prep work no client ever sees, and the discipline to treat a daily driver with the same focus as an exotic. Advanced technique only matters when it is paired with craftsmanship, and that pairing is what he holds the studio to on every job.
