As we transition into the warmer weather, mobile services will be limited. When temperatures drop below 45°F, clients will have the following options:
- Reschedule the service for a later date.
- Complete the service at our Shrewsbury location: 5 Centech Blvd, Unit 2, Shrewsbury 01545
Additional Notes:
- Our team has a one-hour window from the start of your appointment to arrive.
- Cancellations, except due to weather, require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations will result in a fee equal to the deposit.
- If our team is kept waiting for 20 minutes or longer upon arrival, a cancellation fee will apply.
- We will not clean compartments containing personal belongings or access the spare tire compartment unless notified in advance and cleared of items.

What to Expect, From Booking to Pickup
A simple, professional process built to make protecting your vehicle effortless.
You Book Your Appointment
Reserve your spot online or by phone with a $50 refundable deposit. You'll receive a confirmation text with your appointment date, drop-off window, and our address.
Drop Off at Our Shrewsbury Studio
Arrive during your scheduled drop-off window at 5 Centech Blvd, Unit 2. We'll walk your vehicle with you, document its condition, and confirm the scope of work before you hand over the keys. After-hours drop-off is available with our secure key drop box.
Hands-On Work in Our Climate-Controlled Bay
Your vehicle is prepped, inspected under direct lighting, and worked on by the same technician from start to finish. Most services take a single day; multi-day jobs like Full Vehicle PPF or Black Label Detail are scheduled in advance.
We Text You When It's Ready
You'll receive a pickup notification by text the moment your vehicle is finished and inspected. The $50 deposit comes off your final balance, and the remainder is due at pickup (Afterpay available for larger jobs).
Aftercare and Follow-Up
We send you written aftercare instructions specific to your service, including wash timing, weather exposure, and break-in windows. Questions after pickup go straight to our team, and every service is backed by its applicable warranty.
